FAQ's

What are the condition of the clothes we sell? 

Some of the clothes we sell are new with tags and have never been worn,
which will be noted in the description.  Others are gently worn, hand
washed and hung to dry, all are in excellent condition unless noted in
the description.

How do I pay for my purchase?

All of our purchases are processed using Paypal checkout.  Just click on the "ADD TO CART"  icon and you will be re-directed to our shopping cart.  Once there you can continue shopping to purchase multiple items or checkout by clicking on the Paypal icon.  You will then be re-directed to login into your Paypal account to complete the payment process.  We only ship to verified Paypal shipping address's, so make sure your account is setup properly and your address is included with your payment confirmation.  Sorry, but we do not ship to PO BOX's.

How much is shipping?

Shipping amount is figured using FedEx Ground rates and depends on the quantity and type of items purchased.  If you need your order yesterday and Ground service just isn't quick enough for you, then we would be glad to ship your order quicker, however additional shipping/handling charges will be applied.  Additional shipping charges invoiced via Paypal, product ships once balance owed is paid.  All orders ship via FedEx. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Sorry, but at this point we only ship to address's within the US.

What is the estimated turnaround on my order shipping once my order is placed?

Typical turnaround from the time the order is placed and payment processed is 5-7 business days. 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Yes, AR State sales tax of 9.25% is added to all orders.  You will need to enter your zip code into our shopping cart in order to complete your order. 

Do you except Returns?

Sorry, but all sales are final.
