A little bit about us: We (Mika Beth and Matt) are a husband/wife team that run a full time boutique portrait photography business. I am a portrait artist based in Fort Smith, AR. Mika Beth is the one who shoots and Matt does all the business end! When you call for an appointment it will be Matt who will help you book. Then I am in charge of the artistic part of the business! brand new papers!!!

My lab amazes me every single day. They are so good to me. What I love about them is their top notch customer service, always taking their products to the next level and most of all their turn around time… I could go on an on…   I am in the middle of designing my 2011 Christmas cards this month and wanted to share two new papers that Millers just launched!  Premium bamboo is incredible! It feels like butter!  Millers is the first pro lab to bring bamboo to the photographic industry! The bamboo is  a warm base, matte finish paper with a unique watercolor texture. It is a heavy paper, plus it’s eco-friendly and tree free!  Next is 100% recycled.  Our new recycled paper is made of 100% post consumer waste, which made it a front runner for sure.  What made it stand out though is it doesn’t look like a recycled paper.  It’s bright white and has a matte finish so when printed, it shows off bold contrast, crisp text, and a clean background.  It too is heavy weight! I’m so ready for fall and to start receiving my Christmas cards in the mail everyday! Once again, Millers has done it again!!!

Including one of my favorites, the 5×7 wide format folded card (fold is on the short 5 in side), and the cute 4×8 cards.  But the most exciting news is our new Luxe line that are die cut cards in all the fabulous shapes. They can even be used as ornaments as well!I sure hope you like my designs for this year, it is SO fun seeing them in print. I have all the sizes and samples here if you want to see them in person!
