A little bit about us: We (Mika Beth and Matt) are a husband/wife team that run a full time boutique portrait photography business. I am a portrait artist based in Fort Smith, AR. Mika Beth is the one who shoots and Matt does all the business end! When you call for an appointment it will be Matt who will help you book. Then I am in charge of the artistic part of the business! We are very easy to work with. We have special guidelines all laid out to help you with all the ordering process. We work very hard to make your experience here memorable. Big brother Jackson and new baby Avery…

These two are 14 months apart!  Aren’t they so cute!  Thanks for driving all that way to see me!  It is so funny to see Jackson, because he is still a baby too.  Mom, you have your hands full!  I couldn’t have asked for them to have acted any nicer.  Both were a piece of cake!  Little Avery is on the top of my list of the easiest newborns to photograph! Thanks Avery!

a shameless plug :) …

While we were at the beach, I got a call from my lab wanting to use one of my images for an ad that will run in 4 major photography magazines! I couldn’t say yes fast enough!! Thousands of dollars worth of free advertisement….? Are you kidding me? You bet! My lab has used many of my images for their website for a while now, but this is MUCH bigger for me! Mpix isn’t the lab that I use, but it is their sister lab that they also own. This is so fun for us to see our work published! Congratulations to Story and Saylor on becoming famous!!! The ad will be running in Sept/Oct issues of Shutterbug, PC Photo, Popular Photography, Layers, and possibly Studio Photography and Design.
